Renting out my basement preferably to a traveling nurse, or professional. It is a 3 story townhome and you would have the full basement which includes a bedroom with a closet as well as the large living room outside of bedroom. This space can be furnished with a queen bed, dresser, TV and Living Room furniture if you would like. There is a ton of closet space in the basement. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs for your privacy. The bathroom directly upstairs would primarily be a private bathroom although the laundry room is in the bathroom so that is shared. If someone comes over they may use that bathroom as it is the only one on the 2nd floor. Bathroom has a shower. Shared Kitchen space. Property has a fenced in patio with a private hot tub. Opens to a greenbelt in the back with tons of sidewalks, tennis court, pool etc. The property is right at Hampden and Wadsworth, close to the highways, shopping, schools, etc. About me, I am 48 year old female. I work full time in the environmental biz. Spend my free time at the gym and the dog park with my Pittie. I have an 18 year old that also still currently lives in the home on the 3rd floor as well. We pretty much keep to ourselves but enjoy movie nights, game nights, etc. Would like atleast a 6 month lease
