Sublet for nice 3rd floor Fawn apt at Riverstone apartments, this is part of phase 2 with granite counter tops and black appliances. Patio over looks the east side of the complex and is pretty quiet. Apartment will be empty and professionally cleaned before I drop off the keys. Lease ends in Sept 28, with the option to renew. Any potential renter will need to fill out an application with the office and be approved. I will pay for all of March rent and new tenant keeps the deposit at the end of the lease which could be up to $500. If you get pre approved by March 1st I will personally give the new tenant $500 as well. I can hand over keys after the 12th of March or a few days earlier depending on the situation. All potential tenants need to fill out application and be approved with Riverstone. Pets are welcome at an additional monthly fee (30/pet), but deposits are already paid. New tenant keeps the deposit at the end of the lease. Utilities average to about $100-120/month.
