Well-lit, lower level apartment is situated on a dead end street with a private entrance. The bedroom is large and can accommodate a couple or roommates. Kitchenette includes medium sized refrigerator, double burner, large toaster oven, microwave, and sink. Two large wardrobes and a hall closet provide ample storage. A large bathroom has shower. Sheets, towels, and kitchen items are available, if needed. The upper levels of the house are home to the landlord (myself). I am an elementary teacher and live there with my 11year old son. Utilities are $100 per person, per month, in addition to rent. Utility fee includes all utilities (heat, AC, internet, trash, etc.). Minimum lease of 6 months. Priority to 12 months. No smoking on the property.
