Properties currently being remodeled and should be ready by the beginning of September. Pictures will be posted as soon as the remodel is complete and I will start scheduling tours. Tenant pays on the 1st of every month. There is a 5 day grace period, however after 5 days there will be an additional late fee of $10 PER DAY on top of the monthly rent. No smoking inside the unit. Also no changes are to be made to the unit without landlord consent, keep walkways and porch completely clear of any personal items trash etc. Rental agreement is based on a month to month basis.
