We look at who's going to be living in the property. Most of our properties are 2 bedrooms, so we won't accept huge families. We will check references. We verify jobs. We talk to the last 2 or 3 landlords. We call one or two of your personal references. The tenant pays for all utilities. If you or your friends smoke, you will not qualify. We do not allow pets.
