An open floor plan with a living/dining area is large enough for a full dinning set and sectional sofa. The kitchen is large with a pantry and breakfast bar. It is complete with a side by side refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a heat pump and water heater closet that can be used for storage. There is also a programmable thermostat to help you control the climate hour by hour. Off the entryway is the door to the one car garage. The garage has a built in, collapsible, work bench as well as pegboard for hanging tools. It also has a storage loft for boxes and bins.
