The townhome is brand new and has an large rooftop with a great view. The lease ends in June and the last month is free. The townhome is in Englewood next to restaurants and bars and rent is $1472.50 plus $50 for utilities. It's also pet friendly!! My roommate Sara is a 24 year old female in the hospitality industry.
