Our apartments are located in the beautiful Marbella area in South Dallas, Texas. We are just a short distance away from PaulQuinn College and University of North Texas. Our residents enjoy the community's close proximity to these successful business hubs and other excellent destinations, including the Texas Horse Park and the Trinity Forest Golf Club. Lease terms are 6 months and 1 year. Resident pays water and light. Application fee is $50 per adult. Pets are allowed maximum of 2 with $300 deposit ($150 non-refundable). Pet should not exceed 25Lb full grow and cannot be any aggressive breed such as Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, etc. No smoking allowed.
