This is a beautiful and awesome place in South San Jose next to the gorgeous hills where you can go hiking in the pretty hillside just right in front of the house. You can also go jogging or walking in the neighborhoods. We have a 400SF sunroom connected to the house too. I am the owner of the house and I am looking to rent out one room for $1300. My grown-up kids will have their own rooms but they are mostly gone to college. I will be gone to Utah sometimes and so you will be at home by yourself. However, for birthdays, thanksgiving or Christmas, we will all be at home. No pets are allowed in this house. If this money and my story fit you, then we have a deal. I am looking for serious renter(s) only. No smoking allowed. You can have lease agreement rental for a year or we can do month to month rental agreement.
