5 bed, 2 bath, 2 kitchen - Private large room on first story with shared bathroom and kitchen. There are currently 3 kitties in the house, so we prefer no more pets. The house is tidy and clean. There is a dishwasher, in unit laundry, and parking available. It is also a 10-15 min walk from OSU campus. No smoking inside but outside smoking on porch is allowed. There is no required lease duration. Utilities include electricity, water, gas, trash and wifi and usually come out to around $100.
