The apartment is ideally suited to fit one or two people. We live in on the premises but have a separate entrance. This apartment is in one of Seattle's loveliest neighborhoods. You will be living among large, historic homes in an urban oasis but will be quite close to downtown. You can walk to stores, cafes, restaurants, the beach and through many beautiful hidden urban parks. We are a few blocks from Lake Washington. Our place is only steps away from the bus stop for the #2 bus. Rent includes gas, water, garbage, and wifi. You only pay separately metered electric. We would prefer 6-12 month lease. Luke many short term rentals, we don't regularly show the space because there is so much turnover. We cannot show until 11/6 due to current tenants living there so please don't request a tour until then. However, there is a video tour on this platform.
