New Braunfels and 281, as well as St. Mary's strip, Brackenridge Park, SA Zoo, UIW, SAC, Trinity, Fort Sam, etc. This is a really great place; I have put lots of love into it over the years, and I'm hoping to find people who can really appreciate it. No property management company involved, property maintained by owner - I do my own maintenance and repairs whenever possible, and am always available to address any issues that may arise. $38 application fee - I only charge what it costs me to run background check, etc; I don't charge extra to make money off your application.
