We are looking for someone to take over our lease in this beautiful apartment in Lake Merritt,Oakland. Both my roomate and I are changing jobs so we need to fill the space as early as possible but can be flexible until end of September/early October. The lease will last until the end of February and then you are absolutely welcome to renew, if you would like. Recently renovated, the top floor apartment is beautiful and has plenty of light. It is facing south east so it is always bright in there. It even has a beautiful view of the sunset lights over the Oakland skyline. Coin op Laundry is available in the building and the area is always clean. The area is very quiet as the apartment building is half the way through a secondary street. There is plenty of parking on the road but a parking spot in the garage is also available for an extra fee. The apartment is very cozy with one attached bathroom and another by the corridor and HUGE closets and windows. The beds you see in the photos are queen size. Ready for lease ASAP. Can lease until January 2022 or for a 12 month period. The applicants will have to pay a $25 application fee per person, deposit equal to 1 month rent plus first month rent upon entrance. PG&E not included but it averages about $50/month for us and we both have been working from home. We had some people apply before but they unfortunately were rejected because they did not match the requirements of income (3x rent).
