Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days. We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies. We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
