I am looking for a subletter for my 2 bedroom Mission Apt. from at least Oct. 1-Nov. 15 and I can be slightly flexible on dates (would like to rent for a min. of 1 month). The rent is $3,900/month prorated nightly. My apt. is a sunlit, 2 bedroom apartment (one of the bedroom is set up as a sitting room in addition to the living room but it can easily be converted to a second bedroom), wi/fi, washer/dryer in unit, hardwood floors, etc. The apt is in great location and just 2 blocks from the 24th and Mission BART stop. Walkable to Noe, Bernal, and Mission/Valencia. Directly on the bus line for a ton of tech companies. I want to be sure to rent to someone (or a couple) or are responsible, respectful, mature, and quiet. This would be the ideal rental for some relocating who wants to take sometime to find the perfect place to live without rushing into something. I have lots more pictures and loads of positive reviews available upon request.
