The friendly community is great for walking pets, family strolls, with multiple parks. HOA fees included in rent. The deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE if the applicant decides to not move in!! Use of a security camera is provided if desired (fee), use of a security system is encouraged. -The sliding glass door tract must be kept clean on a weekly basis in order to prevent malfunction of the sliding mechanism. -Only flush toilet paper down the toilet (no flushable wipes, tampons, or other paper products). -Maintain carpet areas to prevent wear. -As needed maintenance for the backyard (weeding, etc) -No fireworks
