Guests have access to the entire house, including the basement washer-dryer. The house is set up for very comfortable occupancy by 6 people. It is not set up for large gatherings. The deck, which is the envy of the neighborhood, is adequate for 6 people maximum. May = 5,000, including utilities June = 10,000 July = 15,000 August = 10,000 September = 5,000 October - April = 3,000 per month
