Landlord will provide fall and spring cleanup's to the yard landlord will have the burner tuned up and do pest control and take care of necessary repairs tenant pays for utilities which include electric, oil and water. Tenant does snow removal and is to maintain a tenant policy to protect their belongings. Landlord has a property manager who can be contacted if there is a problem or the landlord may be contacted directly.
