Rental application will need to be filled out (which I can email). Absolutely NO pets. Non-smoker. We do not participate with DSS, section 8, HUDVASH etc. New roof on in 2014, new windows, one other apartment in building (all one floor). Heat is combination of electric and propane. Propane heats water as well. One year lease. Tenant responsible for utilities. Landlord plows snow, mows lawn.
