This is a wonderful luxurious house in a perfectly maintained gated community. I am a 35 year old working single mom of a 10 year old son. We have been living in this house for almost a year and realized we only use the second floor while never utilizing the huge master suite downstairs . I work from home in my upstairs office and my son goes to a nearby school Monday though Friday. We have two very well behaved and quiet rescue dogs the size of a cat. they love to cuddle so you should be a dog lover. Your master unit is the size of a small apartment in itself and you will have the whole first floor to yourself while only sharing the big gourmet kitchen on this level. We do not NEED a roommate but we want one. This room is for ONE person. We rarely ever have people over to the house and we would like to see the same in you. Guests have to be announced by name in advance so no-one in the house is surprised or compromises the security of our living space. We keep the house very clean and organized and expect the same from you. We have a cleaning lady deep clean the common areas and upstairs but she would be open to clean your space for an additional rate as well. We would prefer an elderly person or someone who works as much as I do and has a structured and regular life. No evictions, no criminal record and no pets. Your rent includes absolutely everything : Gas, Water, Electricity, HOA, even Internet
