We've loved living in our home in Mapleton Heights, especially the mountain views and the natural light in the double-height living room. The kitchen opens up to the living area and has a large island and gas range. There's also a home office and an upstairs loft with room to spread out. The home has a 3+ car garage, mudroom storage, and a large fenced backyard with a patio and space for a future garden. The unfinished basement adds over 1,000 square feet that can be used for a home gym or storage. One of our favorite things about living here is the neighborhood. Access to the Mapleton Lateral Bike Path is about a five-minute walk away, and Ira Allen Park is roughly five minutes by car, with pickleball courts, baseball fields, a playground, and plenty of open grass. Target, Costco, and a variety of restaurants are about a 15-minute drive. A new Harmons, expected to open next year, will also be about five minutes away. We've really enjoyed our friendly street and the cul-de-sac gatherings that bring neighbors together. 12-month lease.
