There is also storage space in the stairwell as well as a 1 car garage that is attached to the apartment. This is on the upper floor with no one below for added privacy. The apartment is very nice, no known issues such as wiring or leaks or mold. We try to keep it as clean as possible. Everything will be moved out in time for the next occupant to move in. For move in all we need to do is add you to the lease. There is an application fee of only $45 to do so (This can be done electronically. Once that happens we will remove ourselves from the lease prior to the beginning of March with February already paid for in full.
