This spacious home is an excellent place to experience the best of the Oregon coast. The Starfish Cove Refuge is a short walk to Starfish Cove and a short drive to parks, bike routes, numerous restaurants and shops. Available 30 nights or longer, it is perfect for an extended stay, traveling healthcare professional or business traveler. This home sits on the quiet Street in NW Newport. It is a short walk or bike ride to Agate Beach, Starfish Cove and NYE Beach, which both have many restaurants, shops and galleries. There are also Safeway, Fred Meyers, Walmart, Grocery Outlet and Walgreens within 3 miles of the house. Starfish Cove Refuge Beach House is in the historic Agate Beach neighborhood. It is within a half mile to the beautiful and wild local surf beach known as Starfish Cove. Walk 1 mile in the other direction to the well-developed state park called Yaquina Head. This Natural Area is a narrow, coastal headland extending one mile into the Pacific Ocean and houses the historic Yaquina Head Lighthouse. This lovely state park has an interpretive center which features exhibits on marine life as well as human history and has many beautiful coves and tide pools. If you're a surfer, the south side of the headlands is the home of some of the best surfing on the Oregon Coast at Agate Beach. The adventurous can continue walking the beach for a couple of miles all the way to Nye Beach and Newport proper to visit the restaurants and shops. The house is clean & spacious, with large, open living room. The bedroom is large and has a brand new, very comfortable king size bed and an attached master bath. The master bad has a large sexy bathtub and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two brand new twin XL beds that can be put together to form a second king size bed. The kitchen is brand new and has all the amenities for at-home cooking. There's so much to see and experience outside, but the house is calm and wonderful inside and will make you thankful for those rainy days when you can stay home, read a book, and just relax. Space Your living space is open and spacious -- about 1200 square feet in total. The bedroom is large and has a brand new, very comfortable king size bed and an attached master bath. The master bad has a large sexy bathtub and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin XL beds that can be put together to form a second king size bed. The living room is large and sunny. The home has a newly remodeled full kitchen and there is a laundry with washer / dryer within the home. The dining room contains a big dinner table with leaves that can sit up to 8 diner companions. You can really spread out here, and it's the perfect space for two people working from home. The living room is complete with 70" Smart TV, and is decorated in MCM furnishings. It is really sweet AND super comfortable! Gas, garbage and electric paid by owner, Tenant pays water. Tenant must help maintain landscaping and garbage. No smoking allowed in home. No RV parking allowed unless specifically approved by owner, one car per tenant allowed for rental term. One pet allowed upon owner approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee of $250.
