We are close to the 80 and 4 highways and 13 minutes from Bart. We're about a 20 minute drive to Berkeley and 35 minute drive to San Francisco. The house was just renovated, with brand new paint throughout the house, new carpet in the bedrooms and new laminate floors elsewhere, updated bathrooms and kitchen and brand new appliances (refrigerator, stove and dishwasher). The backyard is spacious, with plans to update in the future (it's ok now but want to add BBQ, hammock, etc). The garage is not shared (used as a work-space) with the exception of a shared washer and dryer. There is also a storage shed for the tenants. We are renting out the master bedroom as well as a second bedroom. The master bedroom is approx 11' x 12.5' and is $750/month. It has a walk in closet with its own bathroom. Bedroom #2 is approx 10' x 10' and is $650/month. It has a walk in closet and shares a bathroom. These prices include water, garbage, PG&E and hi speed Wi-Fi.
