I'm asking for one month rent and two months deposit. House is ready to move in. One month rent two months deposit. One year lease. Have to pay all your utilities bills, including water bill. Have to keep clean the front and back of the house no garbage no grass. If I get a ticket because you didn't clean the front and back yard you will have to pay it out of your pocket. $300.00 water deposit that it will be reimbursed to you after you move out of the property. If you have a pass due bills and the amount is grater than $300.00 you will have to pay the difference. If you owe less I will return to you the difference. On the first of every month you pay your rent. If you don't pay your rent on time after the third day you will have to pay late fees, $50.00 for each additional day that you don't pay. Only one pet allowed. No cats allowed. No snakes.
