If I get a ticket because you didn't clean the front and back yard you will have to pay it out of your pocket. $300.00 water deposit that it will be reimbursed to you after you move out of the property. If you have a pass due bills and the amount is grater than $300.00 you will have to pay the difference. If you owe less I will return to you the difference. On the first of every month you pay your rent. If you don't pay your rent on time after the third day you will have to pay late fees, $50.00 for each additional day that you don't pay.
