This is for female roommates only as this space is to be shared between 4 girls. The apartment is only 0.4miles from the BYU-I campus. The Kitchen and living spaces are spacious and have plenty of storage space, the bedrooms are shared but have a lot of space for each individual. The apartment is fully furnished however the pictures were taken before any furnishings were added. The rent is $300 a month with my contract lasting until December 31st, 2013 though you can extend it for any reason.
