Current rates are $1395/mo for a 12 month lease (and we are currently offering a bonus free 13th month for any 12 mo leases) plus a maximum cap of $75/mo for utilities. This also includes common area cleaning 5x/week, dedicated gigabit fiber internet & wifi, filtered water, household supplies, etc. This has been a big year of growth for us.
