The condo is mostly furnished and the unfurnished room is available September 1. You'll be sharing my home with me, a working professional. I'm a skier, biker, hiker (all the usual Colorado stuff, except 420). NO SMOKING of any kind and I prefer no pets. I will share details if this fits for you. I'm allergic so, no smoking of any kind.
