Lower level of two-story home with private entrance. Square footage is 1212 sq. ft. Two bedrooms with private bath that has a shower. Ample closet space. House has Wifi, Cable, Washer & Dryer. Washing unit is downstairs. When I need to do laundry, I send a text message in advance to the tenant. I enter from the outside, avoiding going through the tenant's room. Shared kitchen is upstairs. Month to Month rental. Smoking outside only. If for some reason the tenant decides to move a 30 Day Notice must be given to Landlord.
