We may allow limited winter 5th wheel tenants. This includes: - A spacious lot with plenty of green space - Fresh aquifer well water - Wastewater connection - 50 or 100 Amp metered electric through your PEC (Pedernales Electric Co-Op) account - Internet through Hill Country Networks The entire property is fenced and gated on a private gravel road off Hamilton Pool Road near Westcave Preserve. It's 30 minutes equidistant to Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Johnson City, and Marble Falls. A background check and financial statements are required. You will be the first tenant on your tree filled lot and some customization will be made for your home. There is a maximum of two residents per lot and only two vehicles per lot allowed although we may offer paid storage elsewhere on the property for boats, vehicles, and rvs. $1000 deposit + $800-$1200 per month depending on the lot.
