This is a very cozy vacation property located in Fort Smith, MT 1/2 mile from the head of the Big Horn river and as close as you can get to Big Horn lake created by the 500'+ deep Yellowtail Dam. It includes a 38x18 cabin (fully remodeled in 2015) with 15x18 porch. Big Horn river is 110 miles long exiting into the Yellowstone River. It is world renown for trout fishing due to the habitat for trout created by the water temp exiting the base of the dam. It doesn't freeze in the winter making for excellent goose and duck hunting as well. The average trout caught is 14". Big Horn Lake is an astounding 72 miles long. The farthest we have gone is only about 12 miles and you never get tired of the views.
