There are three bedrooms, and two full-sized baths. There is also an additional room on the main floor that can be used for home-office space. The house has central heating/AC. The house comes with a washer/dryer. The full kitchen comes with a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The driveway is shared with the neighbor and can fit two cars (one behind the other) easily. There is also plenty of street parking available at all times. There is a spacious detached double-sided garage that the renter will have access to. The garage has electricity. There is a medium sized, mostly fenced in yard as well. Interior photographs have now been uploaded. The renter will be responsible for paying for water, gas, electric, and sewage/municipal. Pets are allowed on the property pending landlord approval; the lease price may be adjusted depending on the size/type/quantity of pets. The lease term will be for either one or two years. If leasing for two years the rent will be held firm for the full term of the lease. The tenant will be required to maintain the interior and exterior of the property throughout the term of the lease. Exterior maintenance includes mowing the lawn, trimming the edges, snow removal, and other items identified in the lease. Lawn mower and weed whacker will be provided to the tenant. Should the tenant refuse general landscaping activities, the landlord will outsource these items and increase the price of the lease to account for these items accordingly. Interior maintenance includes but is not limited to general cleanliness and trash/recycling removal.
