I'm a 26 year old professional looking for a roommate to take a bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment in Waltham's Archstone Cronin's Landing Luxury Apartments starting ASAP (date flexible): I moved across the country and have the apartment leased until July 20th so I'm looking for temporary subletters. My roommate occupies one of the bedrooms but you will have your own bedroom and bathroom (in the bedroom). The apartment is completely furnished (except for this bedroom). The overall rent for the apartment is usually $2410 (so typically appx. $1200 split between myself and my roommate) but I'm willing to rent it out for $950/month. Also, the apartment building also has garage parking spots available as well as a laundry and washer in the apartment unit. The apartment is approximately 5 minutes from Bentley University and Brandeis, and there is a commuter rail and T bus less than 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
