WINTER RENTAL - OCTOBER 1st - MAY 15th. The Sandpiper Cottage at Goose Rocks Beach is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Outside the front door is a small seating area for our guests to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach, leaf peeping or shopping in Dock Square. WiFi, bedding, and towels provided. We feature a fully equipped kitchen with most of the small appliances you could need as well as full-size stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. In addition, we supply a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. Additionally, there is an exterior shower for guests at the end of a spectacular beach day at Goose Rocks! ONLY 2 cars, please! Linens, bedding, towels, etc - NOT INCLUDED IN THE WINTER RENTAL. Rental Requirements: Background checks and credit information are required as part of the application process. Applicants will be subject to standard rental screening and approval. A wonderful option for someone looking for a comfortable, furnished home base in Maine for the winter season. First, last and security deposit is required at signing of the lease. The $1800 monthly rent includes all utilities. Plowing included/shoveling of snow is not.
