It seems to be built w quality products vs the houses I looked at .It seemed to have little wear and tear, everything is in really good shape. Its very peaceful, not many cars go up and down my street i think because it ends at bridlespur and doesnt go through to wornall. Also theres no dogs barking ever,so its very peaceful to sit out on the patio.The neighbors are all very friendly. I also like the floorplan, you dont ever have to go up or down alot of steps. I could go on and on but i like the house alot .
