Wonderful deal for the space and location!! This is a one-bedroom apartment, located near King and High. It's nice and spacious, with new appliances! This is actually the first place in Columbus where I renewed my lease for another year, but I got offered a job out west so I'm moving on short notice. You'd be assuming my lease, starting August 1st, so you'd have 11 months at the listed price, and the option to renew for July 1st, 2021 if you love it. Lots of exposed brick, and windows in every room. There's a free assigned parking space for your unit, and you're a two-minute walk to Kroger. The kitchen and bathroom have integrated lighting, but you'll want a lamps for the bedroom and living room. They just fixed the vintage heater for me last winter, so it runs nice and quietly now. AC unit is in the bedroom. Water is a fixed monthly rate of $30. I can also leave the unit partially furnished with a mattress, an armchair, and an IKEA valentuna sleeper section and kallax 2x4 shelving unit if you'd like. You'll have to complete the application through River West Properties who recently acquired Vetter Property Group. I can say hands down, my best landlord in Columbus so far and I've rented from 5 different property owners. If you have any issues, Maintenance is always here within a few hours.
