I have 2 rooms for rent. One is furnished with a twin size bed. The master bedroom is not furnished, but has a private restroom. Share living space. Rent is 1800$ plus utilities. Split between tenants. Example/ if there is two roommates bills will be split 2 ways. If there are 3 roommates the bills will be split 3 ways. No smoking. Must mow grass. No subletting etc.
