This 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment features a master en-suite with a huge jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, a massive walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, a fully fenced backyard, outdoor dining, and a BBQ grill. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a 2-car garage, and access to a community pool and spa. The apartment includes an office with a wireless printer and a fully stocked kitchen, ensuring you have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans accordingly. The guest booking the home must be at least 25 years of age. No smoking is allowed inside, outside the property, or on the premises, with a $1000 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of smoke upon check-out. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection and are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. No large gatherings are allowed and no mailbox access will be granted. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed due to weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors.
