This is our favorite place to be. We renovated it a several years ago and love the location, 1 block from the bike path and trails and 1.5 blocks from Main Street in Frisco. Hardwood floors, W/D, tiled bathrooms. We have used the property in the winter months wiith short term rentals but are looking for a longer term tenant to use the property gently. Deposit is due at signing. Then first month + last month upon move in. Tenant to pay utilities Xcel gas and electric, cable/internet, water, sewer, snow removal. Small irrigated area during summer months Tenant will be responsible for shoveling snow off of decks and parking. Services for contract removal are available locally. Tenant required to have renter's insurance. Lease duration is 1 yr. Utilities must immediately be put in tenants name. Trash service is also necessary to contract. Internet and cable at tenants descretion.
