House includes laundry room, deck, lots of sunlight, hardwood floors, good closet space, and is walkable to Owl Bakery/downtown West Asheville, Carrier Park, the Greenway, River Arts district. Room available is 11' x 11', and unfurnished. The rest of the house is mostly furnished, but can certainly try to accommodate furniture you want to bring. Hall bathroom will be shared with the lovely housemate in her 30s. We never had a problem with this, even when we were on the exact same schedule. There's an additional 1/2 bath downstairs that can also be used. Rent is $925 including utilities. Other housemates are two females, both masters/PhD students, one in her 20s, the other in her 30s. Super lovely, tidy, pretty busy with school. Looking for a female for the third room. The landlords are really great, and the house is a treasure :) Single occupancy and the landlords prefer no pets. Lease goes until December 14, 2024 with the option to extend. The other housemate on the lease intends to stay through 2025.
