A nice picnic area could be set up on the other side of the fence along the creek. The cedar fence on a property this size cost over $15,000. Over $250,000 was invested in these renovations. New systems were added to serve the additional electric, water, gas, heat and cooling required of all the additional space and modern features. It was brand spanking new on the inside two years ago and will be left good as new for the new owners. The Fort Thomas community is among the most coveted in the Cincinnati area. The home is only three miles from downtown Cincinnati, but feels like a small town just perfect for families. Every one of the five public schools in Fort Thomas is a National Blue Ribbon School; among the finest in the country, not just the state.
