Applications missing any of the required documents will not be accepted. Incomplete submissions will be automatically disqualified. Property tours will only be scheduled for applicants who have successfully completed the document screening process. Applicants with incomplete documentation or who do not meet the screening criteria will not be eligible for a tour. Renters no smoke in side , vaping no pet. If fail to follow theses terms there will cleaning fee of 3000 dollars i will charge . Any extra person besides the renter will have to first provide a background check with me first. Each apartment provides 2 parking spot right in front.
