Ridge View is the private residence of Rod Pleasants and Steve Godwin. Working together, the duo transformed it from a modest home into a five bedroom, five and a half bath country residence. The scope of work included the addition of a barn-style great room and guest suite, a totally reconfigured interior plan, and new finishes and millwork throughout. The previous home is barely recognizable. The landscaping work was extensive and included a new in-ground swimming pool and a relocated barn that serves as a garage.
