This property is currently rented by a couple with a teenage daughter. They requested a roommate to rent the extra available bedroom to help out with bills. The ideal tenant will be someone who doesn't mind sharing the home with others. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for everyone (4 people). The current tenants keep the home very clean and would prefer someone with the same healthy habits. The rent is cheaper than most offers because the current tenants (and homeowner) are looking for a specific renter. We are a family of musicians and hold weekly band rehearsals every Saturday from noon to 3 PM. Band rehearsal is held in the finished basement downstairs. We are looking for an individual who is okay with these activities and doesn't mind the musical atmosphere. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the porch. Absolutely NO pets allowed. Lease duration can be 6 months to 12 months. Lease is contract is renewed every year. Utilities are split 50/50. This is the easiest way to manage utility responsibility. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Grace period is allowed until the 5th of each month. An additional fee of $10.00 will be added EACH DAY the rent is late. Yard maintenance is NOT the responsibility of new tenant. The current tenants will handle the property landscape. This is a polite gesture to justify the utilities responsibility of 50/50. New tenant visitors are allowed, however, are not permitted to live/move in permanently or stay at the residence longer than 2 days without proper notice to landlord.
