On a super quite side st. close to 44, 138 and 140 but not in the center (view map). Closet space is extremely minimal and the shower is a small standup shower as it's a 3rd floor apartment. Large furniture won't make it up there. Other than that it's a great place with great neighbors! Please look at the layout to understand the setup of the apartment. It's small but as you can see in the pictures plenty of room if furniture is placed correctly. Pictures are from a previous tenant (old stove is now a black electric range). There is room for storage in the basement and also in a garage for bigger items if needed. Vouchers welcomed. Must pass a credit and background check. No utilities (it's gas heat and hw). Avail May 15th (maybe earlier?). 1st/last required $1500/mo. You will need to demonstrate you can easily afford the apartment for me to consider an application. No smoking.
