We are relocating, and looking to find someone to take over the last 6 months of our lease. Staying longer term is a possibility, too. Entire 2 BR apartment is available Jan or Feb -July 31, 2021. Step outside your front door to see views of Lake Merritt. This 2 bedroom apartment is just a block and a half from the Lake. It's a wonderful location, in a great building. Final approval would be contingent upon the property management company, Premium Properties. Below are the specifics, regarding taking over the lease: 1)The rent is $2195 for one or two people with no pets. For an additional third person, it will be $150 more per month. A dog is $100 additional each month and a cat is $50 additional each month with a security deposit of 2x the monthly rent. 2) The lease will go through 7.31.21. 3) Resident pay gas & electricity as well as cable/internet. Water and garbage is included in rent. 4) A $1000 holding deposit plus screening fees ($40/applicant and $35/cosigner) are required to apply. Those fees are paid to Premium Properties. International students will not need a co signer. 5) The three following are asked for by the property management company 1) incoming 3x the monthly rent 2) at least 600 credit score 3) at least two years of verifiable tenant history. If any of these three are not met, a cosigner will be needed. A co-signer screening fee is $35. Parking space available for $100/mo.
