I signed a 2 year lease last year at Ink Block and sadly I have to move this fall. That means this would be a 1 year lease (Sept 2016 - Aug 2017). There is no broker fee and Ink Block will create a new lease with your name - move in cost would simply be a $500 security deposit. I need to be out by 9/1 but I have flexibility around move-in date.
