Fully furnished condo in the heart of downtown Salida so you're in the middle of all the hubbub, but once you close the front door, you're in your own quiet bubble! Black-out curtains make the place very private and preeminently good for sleeping in, and the AC guarantees your comfort even on the hottest days. The kitchenette is compact but sufficient for food prep for 2-5 folks. One block from river access, bars, restaurants, and a couple blocks more to art galleries, shops & hiking and biking trails! Our kitchenette features full fridge, electric one-burner stove, oversized toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and two full sinks. Our condo has ample living and dining spaces on one half, and the other half consists of two bedrooms, one king and one queen. There is a small futon in the living area that could sleep a child but likely not an adult. Please note that we have a young couple renting the adjoining condo, so there is a door between your condo and theirs, but we will keep it locked at all times. They are a very quiet couple and completely sober, so it's unlikely you'll hear a peep from them throughout your stay, but if you see them on the sidewalk, feel free to say hello. They're lovely! You can use the private courtyard behind the building, and if you plan a longer stay, you can arrange to use the washer and dryer in the neighbor's adjoining apartment.
