The condo is a 5-10 minutes' drive from the Glendale Americana Mall. You must be a male, non-smoker, non-drinker who is clean, fully employed, have a sense of humor, non-dramatic or confrontational, friendly, no psychiatric issues, and have a sense of accountability and responsibility.
