The three bedrooms would be ideal for the family (and an occasional overnight guest), having a laugh and enjoying a movie in the fantastic living room. When school bake sales rear their ugly head, the kitchen would allow for all the cookies needed, as well as accommodating the fantastic birthday party. With a yard completely capable of housing the pony and juggling crew hired for the birthday party, the puppy given as a birthday present would have plenty of room to grow and play. There is a very nice garage. The hardwood floors and two full baths are ideal. In walking distance to Sydney Boggs and the Oddfellows antique mall and any of the other wonderful down town Berkley hot spots. But you don't care about that (even though you should).
